🌿 How Our Monthly Subscription Works
1️⃣ Subscription Plans:
- Choose from 3, 6, or 12 months of prepaid flower deliveries.
- Available in Bangkok and Pattaya only.
2️⃣ Handpicked Seasonal Bouquets:
- Each month, we curate a fresh small-sized bouquet using the best seasonal flowers available.
- While we cannot guarantee specific flowers, we will do our best to accommodate preferences for roses, lilies, sunflowers, tulips, daisies, mums or gerberas.
3️⃣ Special First Delivery Gift:
- Your first bouquet includes a complimentary gift vase (vase not included in future deliveries).
4️⃣ Convenient & Flexible Delivery:
- Your bouquet arrives on the same date and time selected each month (e.g., order on the 10th from 9:00-13:00, receive flowers on the 10th of every month from 9:00-13:00).
- Need to change the date? Just let us know at least 1 day in advance!
- Free delivery is included in all subscription plans.
- Service Exclusion: Deliveries are paused from February 10-15 due to Valentine's Day demand. Orders in this period will be rescheduled.
5️⃣ Skip or Reschedule Anytime:
- You can skip or reschedule a delivery by notifying us at least 1 day before the scheduled date.
- Skipped bouquets can be added at the end of the subscription period.
6️⃣ Easy Cancellation & Refunds:
- Cancel anytime, and we’ll refund unused months for 3, 6, and 12-month plans.
7️⃣ Personalized Greeting Messages:
- Include a custom message with each bouquet.
- If no new message is provided, we will reuse your first message for future deliveries.
8️⃣ Customer Responsibility:
- Ensure accurate delivery addresses and recipient availability.
- We are not liable for delays due to incorrect details or missed deliveries.
